You can only log in to your account on the website if you have access to the mobile app on your smartphone. To do this:
1. Open the mobile app on your phone and click on the person icon in the top right corner of the main screen.
2. Click on ‘Generate login code in browser’ to get a one-time password for the website.
3. Go to the website and enter the password. The app on your phone will ask you to confirm that you want to log in to your account on the website. Enter the access code for the app.
4. Done! You can now use your account on the website!
If you do not receive push notifications with confirmation on your phone, follow these steps:
For iOS devices:
1. Click on the settings icon on the home screen of your phone.
2. Select ‘Notifications’.
3. From the list of installed apps, select our app called UniCredit.
4. Allow all types of notifications.
For Android devices:
1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
2. Select ‘Notifications’
3. In the ‘Recently sent’ section, check the apps that have recently sent notifications.
4. To find more apps, click ‘See all’.
5. Click ‘Advanced’.
6. Enable all notifications for the UniCredit app from the list.
Tip: If you don't see ‘Recently sent’, you have an older version of Android. Click on App notifications, then the UniCredit app, and then enable notifications for this app.
