How long does a transfer take?

Internal transfer

An internal transfer takes only a few minutes.

Domestic transfer

All domestic transfers made in PLN are delivered to the recipient on the same day, provided they are sent before 3:15 p.m.

SEPA transfer

All transfers in EUR made within the SEPA zone are also delivered to the recipient on the same day, provided they are sent before 3:15 p.m. Other transfers in other currencies are delivered within 1-2 business days, provided they are made before the cut-off time for the given currency.

Transfer within the Eurozone

All transfers within the Eurozone made in EUR are delivered to the recipient on the same day, provided they are sent before 3:15 p.m. All domestic transfers in other currencies are delivered within 1-2 business days, provided they are made before the cut-off time for the given currency.

Transfers sent outside the Eurozone

We usually deliver all international transfers within 1-2 business days, provided they are sent before the outgoing session for the given currency. This may take up to 5 days.

Please note! Please be advised that in accordance with the terms of our agreement:

“IV.C.1.11.4. Refusal, suspension or cancellation of a transaction” the bank has the right to hold outgoing transfers for additional verification, with the transfer being sent on the next business day(s).
