I need an account statement but I am no longer a client of UniCredit.

Please contact us by email at info@unicredit.pl from the email address you used to log in to our app, or as a non-logged-in user via chat. We will need to verify your identity, so please provide:

  • A copy of your ID card

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • A list of accounts and the required time period for the account statement
