Cash deposits may only be made using banknotes in Polish złoty (PLN), in accordance with the instructions displayed on the device screen. Transactions are subject to limits regarding both the number of banknotes accepted per operation and the applicable amount limits, which are as follows:
50 000 PLN for a single deposit
Note: For cash deposits, please remember that you can deposit a maximum of 150 banknotes at one time. This information is displayed directly on the ATM screen.
Minimum amount for cash deposit at an ATM:
Please be advised that our bank does not set a minimum amount for cash deposits at ATMs. However, please note that the smallest denomination accepted by ATMs in Poland is PLN 20.
12,000 PLN for a single withdrawal at the Bank’s own ATMs
1,000 PLN for a single withdrawal at other ATMs belonging to the Euronet network
Note: On the first ATM screen, the system will automatically suggest an amount of 800 PLN. To withdraw the full amount of 1,000 PLN, you need to manually change the amount before confirming the transaction.
