Modified on Thu, 27 Nov at 6:08 PM

UniCredit NV/SA is a credit institution supervised by the Belgian supervisory authorities – the National Bank of Belgium (Nationale Bank van België / Banque nationale de Belgique) and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (Autoriteit voor financiële diensten en Markten / Autorité des services et marchés financiers). The Bank operates in Poland through its branch: UniCredit S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce (ul. Dobra 40, 00-344 Warszawa, KRS: 0000807333; www.unicredit.pl). The Bank is not subject to the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), but the KNF has certain supervisory powers in relation to the activities of the Polish branch.
