Mortgage. Who is responsible for the property valuation and how is it submitted?

The bank does not order the property valuation.
The customer is responsible for obtaining the valuation report independently from a licensed property valuer. Once completed, the customer must either:

• Upload a scan of the valuation report to the application, or

• Send it by email at the request of the bank analyst.
