Real-time (continuous) quotes are a trading system where buy and sell orders are executed continuously during the trading session, instead of waiting for a single fixed price. The price of the instrument changes in real time depending on the orders placed.
What quotes are available in our app?
The availability of quotes depends on the market:
For the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), we provide for example delayed quotes, not real-time.
This means that prices shown in the app do not reflect the live market price but are updated with a short delay.
Quotes available in the app are free, but part of them are delayed quotes.
You can identify delayed quotes in the app by informational icons next to the prices. See attached example:
