Yes. Customers who only have a credit product can open a retail current account directly in the mobile app.
How do I open the account?
To open the account, follow these steps:
Go to the Home screen
Select Products (bottom navigation menu)
Click Add new product
Choose Retail current account
Review the initial information and click Continue
Confirm your contact details (email address and phone number)
Accept the required consents
After completing these steps, the account will be opened in the app.
Important information regarding the payment card
For customers who have credit products, the payment card is not issued automatically after opening the retail account.
The card must be ordered manually in the mobile app.
How do I order the card?
After opening the account:
Go to your newly opened account in the app
Select the option to order a payment card
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen
