Temporary Block: Applied if the overdue amount exceeds PLN 40 and lasts more than 5 days. A temporary block is reversible, once the debt is fully repaid, the card will be automatically unblocked.
Permanent Block: Applied when the payment delay exceeds 90 days. A permanent block is irreversible. The card will be permanently blocked, and the user will lose the product forever, even if the overdue amount is later repaid.
