The system can't read my document. Can I send a photo via email?

Note: UniCredit currently offers business accounts for the Sole Proprietorship business (JDG).


We can only accept ID document photos submitted through the scanning feature in the app.

Make sure you take the photo in good lighting—preferably daylight.
If that doesn’t work, please contact us via chat.
You can choose an alternative identification method, such as scanning your passport using NFC.
