You can top up your UniCredit account by deposit at ATMs, through Poczta Polska bank transfer or by card top-up.
To top up your account by bank transfer:
1. Go to the Products section,
2. Click on the selected account number,
3. Copy the account number using the export icon in the upper right corner:
4. Make a transfer from another bank.
If you want to top up your account using a card (top-up), follow these steps:
1. Go to the Product section,
2. Click on the selected account,
3. Click on ‘Top up account’
4. Click on ‘Add new payment card’,
5. Scan the card (do this in a well-lit place) - the card is scanned correctly if blue stripes appear around the frame and the card number and expiry date appear on the screen,
5a. If the card cannot be scanned, click on ‘Enter card details manually’ and enter the required details,
5b. If the card details are incorrect after scanning, edit the incorrect information.
6. Click on ‘Add new card’,
7. Make an authorisation transfer (for the amount of 1 PLN),
8. After adding the card, it will be visible when you click on the ‘Top up account’ option,
9. Click on the added card,
10. Make a transfer for the selected amount (the funds will be available in your account immediately after authorisation).
If you want to top up your account via ATM:
You can deposit at ATMs across the entire Euronet network up to 50,000 PLN or at one of our branches.
If you want to top up your account via Poczta Polska:
If you would like to deposit cash, please note that Bank Branches do not accept cash deposits.
You can make a quick and secure deposit using the ATM located next to the Branch or at any Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office) branch.
This is a standard service provided under an agreement between the Bank and Poczta Polska. It is a safe and proven method of depositing funds.
The service is called "PRZELEW STANDARD" (STANDARD TRANSFER).
- No commission is charged at the Poczta Polska location.
- The Bank will deduct a commission only after the funds are credited to your account, in accordance with the Table of Fees and Charges (TOiP).
To make a deposit at a Poczta Polska branch, you will need the following information:
- Recipient's bank account number
- Recipient's full name (or company name)
- Recipient's address (optional)
- Your full name (or company name)
- Your address within the territory of the Republic of Poland
- Payment title (description of the transaction)
These details are required whether you are depositing to your own account or a third party is depositing into your UniCredit account.
Please note: If the deposit amount exceeds 1,000 EUR, you will be required to present a valid identity document, as per AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
The deposit may take up to two business days to be credited to your account.
