When will my transfer reach the recipient's account?

The delivery time of a transfer depends on when the payment was made and the cut-off time for transfers. The cut-off time is the time after which the bank stops sending transactions ordered on a given day.

If the transfer was sent before the cut-off time, it will reach the recipient's account on the same day.

If the transfer was sent after the cut-off time, it will reach the recipient's account the next day. Transfers made in other currencies take a little longer, but should arrive the next business day. All transfers are processed according to Polish time.

Please note! We would like to inform you that in accordance with the terms of our agreement: 

“IV.C.1.13.5. Refusal, suspension or cancellation of a transaction,” the bank has the right to hold outgoing transfers for additional verification, with the transfer being sent on the next business day(s).
