I am sending a transfer in a different currency and the amount keeps changing. Why is this happening?

Due to the volatility of exchange rates, the rates applied by the Bank may also be subject to regular updates.

To obtain information about the exchange rate for a specific transaction, please go to the "Transfers" section and select the option to transfer from PLN to another currency. After entering the amount in the selected currency (not in PLN), the applicable exchange rate will be displayed. This rate will be used both for executing the transfer and for a card transaction, provided that the transaction is carried out at the same time.

The displayed conversion amount already includes a 0.5% margin—if a margin applies to the given currency pair.

The Bank does not apply a margin for transactions conducted within the European Union.
