I detected suspicious activity on my account. How can I protect it?

Log into your account and contact our Support Centre via the chat in the app. During the chat, please provide the following details about the fraudulent attempt:

  • The type of fraud and a short description of the issue

  • The time and date of the suspicious activity

  • Let us know what actions you'd like to take:

    1. Do you want to block your card(s)?

    2. Do you want to limit access to your account?

    3. Do you want to restrict access to the app?

If you cannot log in or contact us via the in-app chat, you can request to have your account or payment card blocked using the specially designed fraud-reporting form on our website: LINK
