I lost my phone / my phone was stolen. How can I protect my account?

If you want to block access to the app in case your phone is lost or stolen, please contact our Support Centre — access to the app will be blocked.


Important! Blocking the app means you won’t be able to log in from any device.

If you later wish to log in using another secure device, please contact our Support Centre again to unblock access and provide the details of your new device.


If you are unable to login or contact us via chat in the application, you can request blockage of your account through a specially designed fraud reporting form on our website: LINK.
