I lost/my phone was stolen. How can I block my cards?

IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CARD AND SMARTPHONE, PLEASE SEND AN SMS TO:


+48 666 068 980


Please send a message in the following format:


[cardholder's mobile phone number] [cardholder's date of birth - yyyy-mm-dd] [optionally, the last four digits of the card number].



Example of a text message without the last four digits of the card number:


+48 666 068 980 1987-01-15



Example of a text message with the last four digits of the card:


+48 666 068 980 1987-01-15 6262



If you do not remember the last four digits of your card, we will temporarily block all your cards.



UniCredit will need up to 5 minutes to confirm that the action has been completed successfully. The confirmation will be sent to the phone number from which the SMS was sent.


Once the cards have been suspended, you will not be able to make any transactions, but you will be able to unblock them in the app or report a lost/stolen card and order a new one.
