How long do you store my data?

We retain your personal data for the period required for the data processing purposes set out below, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations or for our operational requirements, such as maintaining your account, facilitating customer relationship management, and responding to legal claims or requests from regulatory authorities. 

The period for which we will retain your information will vary depending on the type of information and the purposes for which we use it.

Data used for the purpose of combating money laundering and terrorist financing and prevention - for 5 years from the first day of the year following the year in which the business relationship with the customer ended or in which occasional transactions were carried out;

Data processed for tax documentation purposes - for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired;

Data processed for accounting documentation purposes - for 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which the operations, transactions and proceedings were finally completed, repaid, settled or expired;

Customer complaints - until the expiry of potential claims arising from the contract or other grounds specified in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code;

Data used for marketing purposes – until the customer objects to the processing of their data for marketing purposes;

Data processed on the basis of the customer's consent – until the expiry of the period for which consent was given, or until it is withdrawn.
