How can I use my amount exempt from seizure?

You have the right to use a seizure-free amount each month. From January 2025, you can withdraw or spend PLN 3604.50 per month from your account. The seizure-free amount is the same regardless of the funds in your account and resets at the beginning of the following month. If the funds in a given month are less than PLN 3604.50 the bank will not transfer any money to the bailiff. To take advantage of the exempt amount, contact us via chat and provide the details for the transfer.
