When am I not entitled to the amount free from bailiff seizure?

If the seizure concerns maintenance payments, you are not entitled to the exemption amount.

The exemption amount specified in Article 54 of the Banking Law applies to deposits into all savings accounts, savings and checking accounts, and term deposits that you hold as remuneration for work.
