How does the onboarding in the mobile application looks like, step by step?

1. Download UniCredit Bank mobile application in the Google Play or Apple Store.

2. On the main screen click on START at the bottom of the page. 

3. Choose the country: Poland. 

4. From the list of options that will appear choose: "Chcę być w UniCredit".

5. Choose what type of business account you want to open. 

6. You will see a "Zanim zaczniesz" page where the whole process will be explained. Click on "Kontynuuj".

7. Input your number NIP in the designated field and click on "Pobierz dane z rejestru".

8. Make sure that the downloaded data is correct. If yes, click on "Kontynuuj".

9. Write down your contact details; email address and phone number. Click on "Kontynuuj".

10. You will receive an SMS-message with a 6-digits code to confirm your phone number. Put the number in the designated fields.

11. After that you will be asked to set up your PIN code to the application. Click on "Kontynuuj" and set up the PIN.

12. You will be asked to set up a Face ID as a login option - you can skip it or set it up right away. 

13. You will be asked if you want to receive notifications from the app - you can turn it on right away or skip for later.

14. You will be asked if you want to turn on your geolocation - you can turn it on right away or skip for later.

15. Verify your identity: you can choose "Potwierdź w mObywatel" or "Potwierdź dokumentem". The application will lead you step by step through the verification process.

16. After successful identity verification you will be asked to confirm if your personal data is correct. If yes, click on "Kontynuuj".

17. You will be asked legal questions: your residential address, if you are a US tax payer. Click on "Potwierdzam dane" at the end of this procedure. 

18. Choose if you are a PEP (Politically Exposed Person) and click "Kontynuuj".

19. Choose the reason from the list why you open an account and click "Kontynuuj".

20. Choose the source of your funds from the list and click "Kontynuuj".

21. Answer two question about the type of transactions on your account and click on "Kontynuuj".

22. Answer questions about your company's business activities and click on "Kontynuuj".

23. Provide information about estimated turnover and click on "Kontynuuj".

24. On the next page confirm if the company's data is correct, click on "Dane się zgadzają".

25. In the 4th step you cn choose your Package: Standard 0 PLN/month or Premium 30 PLN/month.

26. You will receive the contract on your email address and an SMS code to open it,  click on "Kontynuuj".

27. Provide you consents and click on "Kontynuuj"

28. Your account has been successfully opened. Click on "Rozpocznij korzystanie".

The whole account opening process is fully digital and takes approx. a few minutes to complete.
