Will I receive a PIT-8C tax information form from you?

Yes. 

Every year, by the end of February, we prepare and make the PIT-8C form available in your client panel. It contains a summary of all sale transactions of instruments listed in Poland, which you need to transfer to your PIT-38 tax return.
