What is the difference between an order and an authorization?

An order (entering a transfer) is an action performed by the first user who prepares the transaction.
An authorization (approval/signature) is the final confirmation of the order that allows the bank to execute it.
With Multi-Signature Authorization, orders exceeding the limit wait for an additional signature.
