User Limits define monetary thresholds and rules for approving transfers at the individual user level. There are two main types:
Single-approval limit – the highest amount a user can approve independently.
Maximum approval limit – the highest amount a user can approve in cooperation with other users.
A user may also have no limits assigned—in such a case, they can execute a transfer of any value.
