There may be several reasons:
- you have exceeded your monthly card transaction limit,
- you entered an incorrect PIN code,
- your card does not have active functions that enable transactions,
- the payment was declined for security reasons.
Check your card settings in the app: go to the ‘Products’ section, select your card and click on ‘More’.
If the monthly card transaction limit has been exceeded, you can change it yourself in the app:
Go to the ‘Products’ tab -> Select the card -> Click on “More” -> ‘Monthly card limit' -> ‘Edit’.
