My card isn't working. What should I do?

First, check in the app whether the card is visible and active (if the card image is gray, it means that the card has been temporarily blocked or suspended). If the card looks correct, check whether the transaction has been blocked due to the monthly transaction limit set in the app:


Go to the “Products” section -> select the card for which you want to check the limit -> click on “More” -> check if the monthly transaction limit has been exceeded. (You can adjust it at the same time).


Also check if all payment types (contactless, online, and magnetic stripe) are enabled.

If everything looks fine, we recommend clicking on the “Edit” option and saving the limit again. 


If the card still does not work, contact us via chat in the app, providing the amount, date, and place of the transaction.
