What should I do if an ATM has retained my card?

If an ATM has retained your card, we recommend that you block your card in the app. To do this, go to the “Products” tab, select the card in question, click on “Block”. This option is reversible. 


Then you should contact ATM operator to report this issue. If there will be no solution, please restrict your card permanently and order a new card.
