I forgot my app access code. What should I do?

In this case, go to the password entry screen in the app and select the option at the bottom of the screen: “Forgot your access code?” This will start the account recovery process, during which you will need to: enter your email address, verify your phone number, answer security questions, and then, after successful verification, set a new access code for the app.
