My app is locked. I entered the wrong access code many times. What now?

If the app is locked due to too many incorrect access code attempts, you will need to go through the account recovery process.

When the screen shows the message “App Locked”, click “Recover Account Access” and follow the on-screen instructions.
First, you will need to enter your email address and verify your contact phone number. Then, you will be asked to answer a few security questions, after which you will be able to set a new access code.
