Do I have to pay to recover my account?

Account recovery is free of charge. We do not charge any fees for logging back into the app.

Please note that, for your account's security, there are limits on how many times you can enter an incorrect passcode. If you enter the wrong code too many times, you will have to go through the account recovery process — so make sure you remember your code.

The number of account recovery attempts is limited to 5. After exceeding 5 attempts, login will be blocked for 24 hours. To speed up the process, you can contact the Support Centre via chat in the app.
