How can I submit a complaint regarding the gamification?

Complaints can be submitted:


• electronically – by email to: reklamacje@unicredit.pl;
• by phone – directly from the Mobile Application;
• in person – at any Bank branch; or
• by post – to: UniCredit S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce, ul. Dobra 40, 00-344 Warsaw, Poland


The submission should include the note: Program “Gamification: Cosmic Fortune – Mission: Build Forsolot”. The standard processing time is 30 days.
