What should I do if I have a problem with the Promotion or a Voucher?

Issues regarding the Promotion or the technical functioning of the Voucher code should be submitted to the Bank. You can contact us via chat in the application, helpline or via email to info@unicredit.pl.

Note: We would like to inform you that our promotional campaign “Bonus na start – Biedronka” has already ended. In accordance with the promotion terms, the number of vouchers was limited, as stated on the website. In line with the promotion regulations, we provided advance notice on the website that the voucher pool was running out.
