Complaints can be submitted in several ways:
• By email to the address provided in the Terms and Conditions, with the note “Promotion ‘Free months on Spotify’”
• By phone directly through the mobile application.
• In person at a Bank branch.
• By post to the Organizer’s correspondence address.
Complaints are processed within 30 days (in complex cases, up to 60 days).
If the decision is negative, you have the right to contact the Financial Ombudsman or pursue claims through the court.
