The transfer has been sent, but the money has not arrived in my account - what should I do?

This may be due to the fact that we are conducting additional payment verification. According to the terms of our agreement: “IV.C.1.11.4. Refusal, suspension, or cancellation of a transaction,” the bank has the right to hold outgoing transfers for additional verification, with the transfer being sent on the next business day(s).


It is also possible that the transfer is still in progress because the sender did not manage to send the transfer before the outgoing session at their bank.
