For retail customers:
To find the exchange rates for standard currencies (EUR, USD, PLN, GBP, CHF) in the app, go to the home screen -> select ‘Main account’ -> ‘More’ -> tap ‘Exchange rates’. You can set your most frequently used currency pairs and have their exchange rates permanently available in the app.
To check how much a purchase made in another currency will cost in zlotys, go to the transfers section and select the option to transfer from PLN to another currency. When you select an amount in that currency (not in PLN), the exchange rate will be displayed. This rate will be used for the transfer, assuming it is carried out immediately.
Please note: Under standard market conditions, the Bank applies a margin of 0.5% to foreign exchange transactions.
No margin is charged for transactions carried out within the European Union.
Fees for foreign exchange transactions (EU) for SME accounts:
- JDG Standard Package: 1%
- JDG Premium Package: 0.2%
- Standard Company Package: 1%
- Premium Company Package: 1%
