The agreement with the Bank is concluded for an indefinite period, and you can terminate it at any time through our Support Centre with a (1) month notice period. During the notice period, you retain full access to the app and services. To submit a request to close your relationship with the Bank, contact us via the in-app chat and provide an external bank account number where you want us to transfer the remaining funds from your accounts after the relationship ends.
To end your relationship with the Bank, also complete the following steps:
Block and delete all cards in the app
Close all open products (except the main account)
Make sure all membership fees and other charges have been settled
After the one-month notice period, all your remaining open products will be closed, and your main account will be blocked for up to 14 days due to necessary settlement procedures. The Bank will process all your remaining transactions and then transfer the remaining funds to the external bank account you provided.
If you cannot log in, contact us via email at info@unicredit.pl We will require the following information from you:
A color copy of both sides of your ID card or passport
A copy of a utility bill in your name (phone, electricity, gas, rent, TV, internet, etc.) showing your address
A list of all accounts that need to be closed
If there are any funds in the accounts to be closed, please provide an external account number in your name for the transfer.
Once we receive the above documents, you will be invited to a video call during which we will verify your information and confirm your account closure request.
You can also visit one of our branches to make an account closure disposition in person.
