If your card has been restricted, it cannot be reactivated. In this case, you need to order a new card in the app.
If the card has been temporarily blocked using the “Block” option, you can unblock it at any time by clicking on the “Unblock card” option. If you have any problems unblocking your card, please contact us via chat.
