How to temporarily block your card with an SMS code?

If you are not sure whether your card has been lost or not, you can temporarily block it by sending an SMS code from any phone number to the following number:

+48 666 068 980

1.  To temporarily block only one UniCredit card, the SMS should contain:

[mobile phone number used to contact UniCredit] + [your date of birth in the format yyyy-mm-dd] + [the last four digits of the card]

example:

+48123456789 1980-01-01 1234

2.  To temporarily block all UniCredit cards, the SMS should contain:

[mobile phone number used to contact UniCredit] + [your date of birth in the format yyyy-mm-dd]
