What to do if your card is lost or stolen?

If there is a chance that the card will be found, you can temporarily block it in the app: 

Products’ -> click on the card to be temporarily blocked -> ‘Block’. 

If the card is found, you can reactivate it using the ‘Unblock card’ function.


If you are sure that the card has been lost or stolen, you should block it in the app as soon as possible. At the bottom of the main screen, select the ‘Products’ section, then click on the card, select ‘Block’ and then ‘Restrict permanently’. Please note that a blocked card cannot be unblocked. In this case, you can order a new card in the app.


If you cannot log in or contact us via the in-app chat, you can request to have your account or payment card blocked using the specially designed fraud-reporting form on our website: LINK
