I am having trouble with an online transaction

Check if the online payment function is active in the app. Select the ‘Products’ section, click on the card, select 'More' and check if the ‘Enable online payments’ option is active (marked in green).


In some cases, you may be required to enter your card's CVC code when making online payments.
