How can I reach the Helpline?

Log in to your Sole Proprietorship business account. On the Homepage choose the last tab at the bottom of the screen titled "Więcej".

In the list titled "Wsparcie" you can choose "Rozmowa z konsultantem - zadzwoń do nas".


In case you have difficulties logging to your account, you can also contact us as an unlogged Customer. On the main screen after opening your UniCredit application click on a speech bubble icon at the right top of the page. You can then choose the option "Zadzwoń do nas"--->"Połącz ...."
