How do I open a business (JDG or Spółka) account in the app if I only have retail relation?

If you are currently using the UniCredit App with only a retail account, you can easily add an business (JDG or Spółka) account by creating a new relation directly in the app.

Steps to follow:

1. Open the UniCredit App and go to the main screen.
2. In the top-right corner, tap on your profile icon.
3. In the menu that appears, expand “Individual profile” and then select “Add new relation.”
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your business account.
