How to log in to the app if I already have an account?

If you’re already an UniCredit customer, download the UniCredit app to your device and click Log in – the app will guide you through the account recovery process.

 

You will then be asked to answer security questions related to your personal information.
If your data has changed and hasn’t been updated, please contact the Support Centre via the in-app chat.


You can access the chat even if you're not logged in.
If the chat is unavailable, contact the Support Centre via email at info@unicredit.pl.


The final step of the account recovery process is setting a password, enabling biometric login/face recognition, accepting notifications, and allowing access to geolocation.
