Method 1: Quick Access
Tap the Contact icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
At the bottom of the screen, select:
Chat online to speak with a live agent, or
Chat with the AI assistant for automated support.
Method 2: Via the Menu
Tap the More tab in the bottom menu bar.
Scroll down and select your preferred chat option (Chat online or Chat with the AI assistant).
