If access to the app has been blocked, e.g. as a result of the theft of your previous device, you will need to request access to be unblocked on your new device.
If you are unable to log in, please contact us via the chat function in the app. To contact us, tap the contact icon in the top right corner of the screen. Then select “Chat online”. Provide your identification details and explain the login problem.
If you cannot access the chat, please email us at info@unicredit.pl so that we can verify the problem and provide you with assistance.
