My monthly membership fee was charged incorrectly. What should I do?

Effective October 6, 2025, the new UniCredit Easy package for retail customers includes no fee for the membership.


If you question concerns our previous Aion Easy Package, please contact our Support Center via the chat in the mobile app.


Most likely, the fee relates to one of the previous billing periods in which the subscription fee was not paid. If the fee was charged despite meeting the conditions for fee waiver by maintaining a balance of 5,000 PLN in your PLN savings account throughout the billing period, the fee will be refunded.
