How update your identity document in the UniCredit application?

To update your identity document in the UniCredit app, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the UniCredit mobile app.
2. Go to Profile / Settings (top left corner).
3. Select Your data, then tap Personal data.
4. Tap Edit and confirm by entering your app PIN.
5. Choose your identification method:
   • mObywatel
   • ID document
   • Passport
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
7. Confirm the data and submit the update.
8. Wait for verification - you can track the status in the app.

Important information

• In some cases, additional verification may be required (e.g. selfie or video confirmation).
