If your UniCredit card has not been delivered for more than 2 weeks, please block it in the app and order a new one by following these steps:
1. Go to the ‘Products’ section, select "Cards" then choose the card, click on ‘Block’ and then 'Restrict permanently'.
2. To order a new card, select ‘Order a physical card’ option and then confirm the address and delivery method.
