What should I do if I see a card transaction that I did not make?

If someone else has used your card details to make a transaction, you should immediately block your card. At the bottom of the app's main screen, go to the ‘Products’ section, select the card that was used, click on ‘Block’, then on ‘Restrict permanently’ and contact our Support Centre via chat in the mobile app to provide details of the transaction.
